I’ve got a lot of interested Opera staff members who would like to attend the next E-TUG meeting. Emma, how many people can I bring? It looks like I have 4 with a possible 5th person! If it’s not possible to have that many attendees for the overall capacity, or if not everyone can attend the lunch but they could join in on the meeting afterwards, let me know!

Hi there!
I don't think a change in date would be a problem for the ESO. But, if possible, can we look to changing the date a bit later rather than earlier? The week prior is our Symphony in the City event in Churchill Square and we'll all be working like mad to have that running smoothly! As a suggestion for the group, how about September 25?
I'm not 100% sure yet but I am also thinking we may have a fair sized group that would like to attend. Right now I'm thinking we'll have 3-5 people but I will let you know for sure a little bit closer to September. The E-TUG momentum is starting to pick up which is fantastic!
PS I'm hoping to have something reeeeeally cool in the works to show you guys at this session! More to come!
Hi Emma,
For the Opera, September 3 or 4 will likely work, as well as the week of Sept 7, Sept 21 and 28. The week of Sept 14th might not work for us because I believe TIX on the Square will be going LIVE on Tessitura that week and we might be assisting.
Majority rules though! Please pick a date that works for the most number of people.

Hello!
There's no problem at all with more people coming! I might have to change the date of the meeting though, if that's possible for everyone. We're having an opening here at the gallery the evening of the 11th and it just occurred to us that we might not be able to devote enough attention to the meeting with the opening happening. I know a few others said they couldn't make the 11th, maybe the week before or after is better?
Let me know your thoughts on changing the date, hopefully we can find a time that works for everyone!

Hi there,
I guess majority will decide upon the date whereas from the Alberta Ballet it would be only one person for the date of September 25. This is the weekend our season starts although in Calgary, one of us has to stay until 7.30pm to offer assistance for our patrons regarding last minute questions. As Calgary Box Office is already setting up for performance night.
This is the little input I can provide, any other Friday in September would work for both of us, Eden and myself.
