Welcome to E-TUG! I'm very excited that we've decided to form this group. I think it's a great opportunity for us to share ideas and support each other.
A few of us have begun talking about having our first meeting. The date of Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Edmonton Opera's production facility board room was offered. So with that in mind I have a few questions for the group at large. Feel free to respond to this post with your thoughts!
1) Does that date and location work for everyone? This would be in the afternoon sometime (TBD) and we would need to arrange car pools to get there as ETS does not.
2) What would we like to cover at our first meeting? My thoughts are to keep it low key. Perhaps each organization can do a brief intro to the group about how Tessitura is used at their organization and where you'd like to go in the future with it. Other suggestions are more than welcome.
Any other suggestions or questions?

In terms of the meeting proposed for Friday, 17 November, whereas I cannot speak for my Senior Supervisor, Angelika Schultz, I can express interest in attending with the following caveats:
· We both work as part of a province-wide call centre for Alberta Ballet
· Alberta Ballet is a unique company in that we have 2 home cities and stages
· Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (closed at 3pm on performance days)
Will it be possible to schedule meetings after business hours?

Will it work for everyone to make our meetings monthly and on Friday afternoons?

· What we would like to be able to do
Will it also be useful to share;
· Best practices
· Mobile Box Office set up
· Laptops or Tablets?
· Ticket printers used
· Snafus, what happened, steps we took to investigate
· How we resolved them
· IT support (issues with scanners, server updates on-site, Tessitura Login issues, issues with printer drivers)

Just to update the thread here, the current date/time for the meeting is set for November 14, 2014 at 3:00pm at the Opera's board room.
Does that work for everyone? Please RSVP to Joanne letting her know how many people from your organization will be coming.
The ESO is fine with this time and I expect there to be 2-3 people representing our organization at this meeting.
