Based in Washington, DC, Smithsonian Associates (SA) leverages the vast resources of the Smithsonian Institution to create a broad array of programs (lectures, courses, tours, workshops, performances, camp, etc.) for SA members and the general public. The Digital Marketing Specialist manages the creation and deployment of targeted email campaigns to promote SA membership and ticket sales. The incumbent creates targeted email content, based upon available program information, writes copy and selects graphics. Manage CRM campaign appeals and source code tracking mechanisms; monitors responses, analyze results, and adjust campaign configurations to maximize results. Coordinates a variety of online advertising campaigns. Coordinates the publication of event and membership information on various social media platforms.
