I am looking for feedback from any organization that has upgraded to V.14/14.1 or is scheduled to do so in the near future. Do you have any advice, suggestions, or things to be aware of as we look to make the transition? Were there any unexpected issues that came up that impacted the process that we should be aware of? Specifically feedback from any RAMP users in the area would be appreciated!
Ford's is on RAMP and in the process of scheduling the upgrade with the RAMP team but having a hard time finding a window that fits our needs. Any insight on what we might expect would be very helpful!
