Want to Host a DC TUG Meeting?

Hi Everyone - We are looking for venues to host the 2017/2018 season DC TUG meetings!  Interested?  Here are the deets:

  • There are 4 meetings a year
    • August at the Conference (no host needed)
    • Fall Meeting (Oct/Nov)
    • Winter Meeting (Jan/Feb)
    • Spring Meeting/End of Season Party (May/June)
  • Attendance has been between 30-100 this year, so there needs to be a decent-sized meeting area.  Generally there are presentations, so access to screens and tech to show them (projector or direct computer hook up) is preferred.
  • We try and geographically spread the meetings out across DMV region.
  • It is nice if the host can provide some sort of refreshments for the meeting - usually just snacks, coffee, water; but especially nice to have access to discounted food/adult bevvies for the final party.
