Please join us for the DC Tessitura User Group Meeting!

DATE: Thursday, October 24th.

TIME:  10:30 AM to 12:40 PM

LOCATION:  THE SMITHSOINIAN ASSOCIATES; 1100 Jefferson Drive, SW   (Note: if the Federal Government is still shut down, the meeting will move to the National Geographic, date and location will be confirmed closer to the meeting)

Parking: Street parking starts at 10am. Here is a link to some of the available parking garages. Garage 4 is the closest option.

As discussed at our last meeting, the formal topic at this session will be Special Events.

10:30: Welcome and Introductions

10:40: Presentation by Smithsonian Associates

10:55: SPECIAL EVENTS:  The Shakespeare Theater and The Kennedy Center will present solutions  used to handle Special Events sales and tracking with Tessitura.

11:30: Open Discussion -- feel free to raise any topics of interest.   Possible discussion topics include Tessitura v12, Social Ticketing, Dashboards/Reports,

12:30:  Discuss topics of interest for next meeting and Adjourn
