Ok Everyone,
It's time to schedule next month's Brown Bag Lunch. I'd like to find out from everyone what topic you'd like to discuss or review. Please send me any ideas or suggestions you have. I'd also like to know if you'd prefer a discussion, a webinar or T-Classes. The idea behind these gatherings is to be able to pick each others brains and find out what other organizations are doing to resolve certain issues or what we are all doing to improve Customer Service, etc. The only way these will be helpful and successful is for everyone to get involved and participate.
