Everyone,
The scheduled date for our April Brown Bag Lunch is April 20th, 2011. It will be held in the Wyly Education Center (9th Floor of the Wyly Theatre - 2400 Flora Street). The topic this month will be Customer Service Issues. I think we're going to make this a discussion instead of watching a webinar. The idea is for us all to share our experiences, headaches and successes with everyone. I'm sure most everyone would like to hear how someone has successfully implemented CSIs across their organization and departments!!
Be sure to bring your lunch and your stories/advice/questions and be prepared for what is sure to be a very lively discussion!! This discussion is relevant for all departments that use Tessitura. Please reply to this posting so I can keep up with how many of you are planning to attend so I can be sure our location will hold everyone.
