Everyone,
After the conference last week, Roy Ballard (Tessitura Staff Member) and I are excited about working together to jump start the Dallas Tessitura User Group. We plan to start scheduling meetings and social gatherings for the group in the very near future. What we need from all of you in order to start planning, are some ideas of things you'd like to discuss and share with the group. It can be anything from Tessitura issues you experience and don't know how to tackle, to just questions about how other organizations deal with different patron situations. The potential topics are endless!!
This group is our networking place to get to know each other and share all ideas Tessitura!!! Please keep watch for a calendar and scheduled meetings soon.
Thanks for being a member of the Dallas Tessitura Users Group!!!!

I'd love to have a discussion about using Customer Service Issues (CSIs) and learn more about how they are used in other organizations. We want to start using them in a more robust way, and I would love to see more departments in my organization begin using them as well.
Additional training on lists and extractions is always welcome, too! :)
Thanks,
Mandy

I am interested in coordinating Tessitura use between departments, soI think Mandy's suggestion is swell, especially if there's some discussion of using CSIs both within and between departments.
I am eager to see how Teresa manages to pull off scheduling social and informational activities between neighboring organizations.
