This past weekend the Bass Hall family lost one of its longest serving and beloved members with the passing of Chris De Leon. If you did not know Chris then let me tell you he was one of the smartest, helpful, charismatic and hilarious people I have ever worked with, and I was very fortunate to be able to call him my friend. Chris was a fixture of not only Bass Hall but of this very user group. He was always willing to join the planning committee and help put together events for the DFW area users as well as help with the larger TLCC conference. For those members of the community that did know him I am sure you would agree that he was one-of-a-kind and he will be sorely missed.

Chris was Always incredibly kind, incredibly helpful and one of the nicest people I have ever known. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and the Bass Hall extended family. Will miss you Chris!
