Sadie Prater and I had been discussing a mini-conference this year and trying to get it planned but we are both in new positions and decided that our focus needed to be there first. We are definitely planning one for next year though so if anyone would like to host, we would love to talk to you. If anyone else would like to take the reins on planning, we would love that as well. Hope everyone is well. I want to set the record straight - Bass Performance Hall was not a host venue for any dfwtug meetings and never had any conversations as such. But PAFW is more than happy and willing to help plan and provide spaces for these meetings. It sounds like something is in the works, but if the group wants to get together in Fort Worth sometime before the conference, we can make that happen. And we volunteer to be the host for our annual meeting next year.
