Everyone,
The planning committee has been hard at work the last few weeks creating the schedule and planning the sessions for the Mini-Conference coming up on April 8, 2014 at Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts. We are very excited to offer the opportunity for DFW area Tessitura users to experience a little of what the Tessitura community is all about. This is a great opportunity to meet other local Tessitura users and learn from each other. There will be sessions covering many areas of Tessitura including: Lists and Extractions, Reports, T-Stats, Memberships, Ticketing Set-Up, RMA (Revenue Management) and Dynamic Pricing….I think you get the idea!! There will be something for everyone.
In addition to the sessions, 8 in all, we will have 3 quick 10 min sessions during breaks to share a little about Service Interceptors, Tessitura Network Resources and Tessi Without a Token (Web reports, Dashboard and Scheduled Reports). There will also be Mini-Magic displays…. little tips and tricks or customizations that will help your day go by a little easier or save you time by automating a repetitive task.
We have a few other things we are working on, so please watch for more information to come. Registration will open next month so be sure to register and be a part of this amazing event!
Start spreading the word around your organization about the DFW TUG Mini-Conference and help us get everyone excited!!!! This opportunity to network with other area users is something you don’t want to miss.
