Hello, we are looking at doing our first packages in Tessitura.
Could someone share what their setup looks like? We are getting a little confused with the documentation
1) Everything we do is GA because no actual facility or seats exist, our facilities just control inventory of number of people that can attend a class, etc.
so our first question, is to make a package, do all of the performance have to be in one facility? So I am thinking the non fixed or flex?
2) Do we need to create new price types to be used in the package? (If so, do we need new pricing rules?)
3) Season - do we need to add a specific new one or can we put it in an existing one (The base one for TNEW)
4) Can we use our existing TNEW Modes of Sale (Member vs Non Member) or do we have to create new ones, etc?

OK - I figured out what I think we need to do and that packages actually won't work for what the education team is trying to do. I would have deleted this, but couldn't figure out how.

Hi Laurel. I use packages for our dance academy, in a very different way than how the box office uses them for performances. So I would be able to offer some suggestions based on what I know, which may be helpful? Just let me know and we could chat offline sometime!
