Wow. A lot has happened since this group formed on March 3rd. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Joanna Hammer and I am a Patron Services Manager at Wexner Center for the Arts. I initiated this group so that our organizations could help one another out, learn from each other, and make connections.
Now seems as good a time as any to reach out and see how people are doing. What challenges are you facing in your role? Do you have questions for your fellow Tessitura users?
As neighboring arts and culture institutions, I'm sure we are experiencing many of the same challenges. I encourage you all to share those here, no matter how big or small. There is a good chance that one of your colleagues in this group has faced the same situation and can provide guidance.
