We just moved our site to a new vendor after the changes at Bluetube / Perficient left us without support we could afford. We used a company in Denver - Fyin.com. They have been great in getting us up and running. Fyin did not redesign our look at feel (we kept the styling) but they did reorganize the back end so that the site is much easier to manage through the content management system. This is their first Tessitura integration, and we are looking forward to doing some new and innovative things with them.

The big guys are Adage, L2 Interactive, Perficient, and Made Media. There are several others listed on the page of various types and kinds, most have some kind of market niche they fill.
We went out of the box in order to keep our content management system and site pretty much the same, just change vendors. Fyin was an expert with that part, and they have been learning the API. That turned out to work better for us than using a company that knew the API, but would make us change content management software. If you are in a re-design, that may not be a concern. Working local might be something to consider, however.
I can put you in contact with Fyin if you are interested. We are really new at working with them (just a couple of months) but they have been a great fit for our culture.
We did an RFQ and chose After Digital for our website rebuild 1.5 years ago. They're based in Scotland and specialize in Tessitura integration. Would be happy to tell Marcus more!
