We are about to go to RFQ for some strategic consulting and/or market research services to better understand loyalty in the current context. I would like to point out the RFQ to a few companies, but many of the Arts Marketing consultancy orgs I know are American. Can anyone recommend any Canadian companies?

I work at a Canadian theatre (MTC in Winnipeg) and we work with TRG Arts. They are an American company, but we've found they have enough Canadian clients and data to have a good understanding of the landscape in Canada.

I would add Baker Richards - based in the UK but with a world-wide client list, including in Canada. They have extensive Tessitura experience and are Tessitura eco-system partners (providers of the RMA and Segmentation Engine).

There is also JCA to add to the mix. They are American, but have a great handle on the Canadian marketplace/landscape.
