I've attempted a couple of times now to get the NCOA utility working, but am not having much luck. I'm 99.9% sure that I'm running it correctly, but if there's any Canadian org that has used it and had it work, I'd love to have a conversation!

Are you getting an error when you try to run it? I know importing data back into Tessitura can be tricky with that utility. If I recall correctly, there's something about the formatted data file that needs to be adjusted. I'd suggest reaching out to support, if you haven't already.
Thanks Meaghan. It's been a couple weeks since I last looked at it. I don't think I was getting an error, it's just that the documentation is very confusing when you don't have all the same columns and codes to use as indicated in the documentation.
Ah, ok. I did find some knowledgebase articles about the NCOA utility, so that may be worth a look. Otherwise, I'd recommend reaching out to support.
