Hi All!
Is anyone using Tess for their concessions or store?
We are currently using it for our coffee bar, but am not sure that it's going super great. Would love to hear some experiences.

Hi Jen,
Mirvish Production is using SalesVu, which is a preferred partner of Tessitura. You can see our shop here: https://mirvish-productions-new.salesvu.com/. We do not sell at any physical location, so everything is online and easier to manage. SalesVu manages the inventory, shipping costs, packaging, discounts (we have offered one-off promotional prices) and then pushes the sales information into a custom screen in Tessitura.

Hi Chris,
How do you find SalesVu to use? I watched the webinar, and it seemed good. In our boutique, I would really like to move to something that is the same platform for both retail in person & online. It just makes sense.
Overall it is an easy system to use. There were bumps we had to get over in the initial set-up, but after that point it is a pretty straight forward system. We were not looking for anything complicated, but a system that offered more than working through Tessitura. Inventory control was key and the ability to easily price adjust and add items. The only downfall is that the purchase path is outside of Tessitura.
