Tafelmusik is seeking an energetic, experienced, and collaborative individual to develop and manage strategies to maximize revenue and loyalty from annual fund donors. An excellent project manager who enjoys building relationships, the Development Manager will make data-driven recommendations to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
The position plays a vital role within the organization’s Marketing & Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience and proven success in raising money by rallying a community around a specific cause, and enjoys sharing the story of an organization or cause through renewal and acquisition mail and email campaigns, written communications, in person meetings, and donor benefits.

While active on the world-stage, at the core of our work is a season of live and digital concerts performed and filmed in Toronto.
