The Long Center is hiring a Box Office Manager to support our team with pre-show preparations, processing ticket sale orders, supervising part-time ticketing staff, and completing post show paperwork. This full-time role will help direct customer and guest service interactions, resolve seating issues, and assist in handling patron questions. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer service and supervisory experience required, preferably in a box office setting.
  • 3+ years of experience using Tessitura strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in Microsoft suite.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
