Ballet Austin is looking to hire a full-time Ticketing Manager, a role perfect for those who love putting their customer experience and admin skills to work supporting arts and live performances. Ballet Austin is among the 15 largest ballet companies in the country with a reputation for providing the highest-level customer experience. As the Ticketing Manager, you will play a vital role in helping drive ticket sales, build customer loyalty, and achieve sales goals. You will become an expert on Ballet Austin’s productions and services to further engage with customers and resolve issues. Working closely with the Associate Director of Ticketing, you will manage comp lists, volunteer communications, training, reporting, and will help improve internal processes and procedures. You will also support all Ballet Austin productions at the Long Center and various other events at Ballet Austin’s in-house AVST Theater.
