I wanted to send a note out to see if we could start a conversation about the best meeting dates/times for the group. At our initial meeting, we discussed meeting every other month with a smaller group of key users (Steering Committee) meeting monthly. If it works for everyone we can certainly meet here at Ballet Austin. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons - maybe at about 2 or Monday lunch time would work if we all just wanted to bring some lunch and meet. I am open to other times, but just thought I would throw this out there. Once we have a better idea of days/times, I can check to be sure our meeting space is available if you all would like to meet here. We could also mix it up and meet at various locations if that would work better.
