Just getting this conversation started for when we are all on the user group. If we want to meet monthly as a Steering Committee, we can certainly do that here at Ballet Austin. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons - maybe at about 2 or Monday lunch time would work if we all just wanted to bring some lunch and meet. I am open to other times, but just thought I would throw this out there. Once we have a better idea of days/times, I can check to be sure our meeting space is available if you all would like to meet here. We could also mix it up and meet at various locations if that would work better.
