Variable and Dynamic Pricing

Hi everyone. At the Australian Chamber Orchestra we are going to experiment with variable pricing this year. We perform 7 tours across Australia during the year playing in most capital cities and 2 regional centres in NSW. Much of our ticket inventory is sold on subscription and the balance is sold as singles by ourselves and agencies in the cities in which we perform. Has anyone in the Tessitura Aus/NZ world sold tickets using variable pricing? I'd love to hear from anyone who has and share their knowledge of the processes and pitfalls etc. Thanks Chris Griffith, Box Office Manager, ACO
