Hi all
We have been looking at holding the Australia and New Zealand Tessitura Regional Users Conference in Melbourne over 1/1/2 -2 days on Mon 21-Tue 22 Feb. According to feedback after ANZTRUC 2010 most organisations felt this timing worked. However, these dates lead into the Ticketing Professionals Conference dates, which are 23-25 Feb in Brisbane.
What we need to know is -
Will you have to choose between these two conferences? If so, will ANZTRUC be your choice?
How many people from your organisation will attend ANZTRUC 2011?
Any other feedback/comments appreciated.
Thanks
Trace
Hi Tracey, thanks for your email.
It is likely that Musica Viva will send 3 people to ANZTRUC. We would need to make a choice about whether to send people to this conference of the Ticketing Profs one – but this depends on the programming of both conferences.
Kind regards
Rebecca

Hi Tracey,
I have emailed senior management to get some feedback. Regardless of what they decide I will definitely come, even if I have to take Annual Leave!
I would choose ANZTRUC over TPC

We’re not yet sure if we’ll have to make a decision between ANZTRUC & Tix Prof – it depends mostly on the program for Tix Prof.
We’d most likely send one person to Tix Prof and more to ANZTRUC but ANZTRUC attendance will be dependent on the conference fee – do we have an idea of what this will be yet?

Hello
Anna and I look forward to attending ANZTRUC 2011. We also expect to have one of the Network senior Technical team members attend ANZTRUC to report in person in a general session about the Next Gen project and also to have a separate detailed break out session or sessions. More details to follow as we get closer.
We appreciate the scheduling of ANZTRUC 1011 to coincide with the Ticketing Professionals Conference as Anna and I will also be exhibiting there in order to help share the benefits of Tessitura and the Tessitura Network with those not yet fortunate enough to be part of the Network.
Thank you for all your efforts in organizing this gathering.
Best regards,
Jack

It's likely that The Edge would send 4 people to ANZTRUC - of those 2 will probably go on to Tix Prof, with maybe one other who wouldn't attend ANZTRUC.
All final decisions will really be dependant on the programmes though.
Cheers,
Emma
I've been trying to get a trip arranged to Australia for more than a year and through some fortuitous timing, I will be in Melbourne during ANZTRUC.
If North Americans are welcome, I am planning on attending for the Kauffman Center as well.
No way! You managed to pull it off! Way to go, Levi!
I'll believe it when I actually get there. But all signs are looking good. :)
We're planning to send 3 people over for ANZTRUC and of those maybe 1 will go on to ticketing prof conf. All a bit up in the air yet though. Look forward to hearing more about it.
cheers,Rowena
Hiya - after a quick internal poll it looks like we will have at least 15 people from a range of departments attending the ANZTRUC conference next year. Our Customer Services team will probably split themselves between ANZTRUC and TPC.
Cheers
