Let's talk tickets - like actual physical tickets. Specifically - what is on the back of your tickets!
I'm super curious to hear everyone's opinions and thoughts on two points:
Terms & Conditions Is this really needed considering folks agree to the T&Cs at the point of sale? Do your tickets have/not have this?It is often a giant block of text that no one reads - why not have just a line that links to your website? Or a QR code that links to that page?
Black 'security' timing bar/strip Does this do anything or serve a purpose? Do we just have it because that's what you do?I've always thought that it does 'something' to help tickets that go into a machine to be scanned - but we scan using handheld scanners.

On the back of our tickets we have the URL address for our T&Cs online and the phone number for our customer experience team.
Also, I believe the black strip is what everyone else has said - a marker for the printer sensors.
