Australian Chamber Orchestra seeking new Ticketing Sales & Operations Manager

The Australian Chamber Orchestra is looking to fill a new vacancy within the Marketing/Ticketing team: Ticketing Sales & Operations Manager. 

The Ticketing Sales & Operations Manager will work under the Customer Experience & Insights Manager to:

• Manage Box Office staff and day to day operations
• Develop and deliver ticketing initiatives that drive customer loyalty and revenue
• Provide data and insights for business cases and forecasts
• Manage season and event builds
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage ticket allocations
• Lead our Outbound Subscriptions campaign
• Other duties as required
