Is anyone going to explore the Wordfly Pages functionality for RSVPing for special activities or elevated events? Wondering if anyone is thinking about going at it alone if we could pool resource and tackle it together to create a customization that serves all of our purposes.

Hey DGH,
Count us in! Though, I spoke to Kirk at TLCC and believe that the wordfly integration with V14/15 might have RSVPs covered and we just need to update some config (could be wrong).
Have you got a timeline for upgrade? We're hoping to jump straight to V15 so as soon as we know when we can do that, we'll be rolling it all into one.

Yes - the new Wordfly Services pushes all the form data back in to Tessitura but you need to create the SQL that picks that up and actions it.
Out of interest do you use special activities or elevated events or both?
We're on v14 now and will move to v15 later this year or early next. Keep me in the loop with your plans...

We use special activities mostly and have just started reusing Elevated Events but at this stage, not frequently enough to integrate with Wordfly. We use them for top level events that usually start with face-to-face conversations or personalised emails from execs so not really the right use just yet. We'd be focusing on Special Activities but that's not to say we wouldn't be interested in using EE in the future through Wordfly Pages.
I'm keen to look at pages and CSIs as well but that's probably a bit further down the track.
