The Melbourne Tessitura User Group (MTUG) provides the opportunity for Melbourne-based team members of Tessitura licensees to connect, share, learn and keep updated with system and industry trends, opportunities and challenges. The group is for all Melbourne Tessitura Users, regardless of how much you know about the system, or how often you use it: share, learn, and network.
Our second session for 2017 will include the usual Tessitura news, plus a new round of Quickfire talks: Customer Experience Lessons from Memberships. In this session you'll hear from:
• Megan Thomson at Melbourne Theatre Company on Member Benefits and Card Scanners
• Emily Miller at National Gallery of Victoria on Pricing Rules for Online Membership Offers
New to MTUG this month we'll be introducing Problem Solving Perfect Match
Do you have a Tessitura challenge you're having trouble solving? Let us hook you up with someone who can help. Just email emily.miller@ngv.vic.gov.au with a description of your challenge and the MTUG Committee will put you in touch with someone via email or at the meeting who has resolved the same issue.
MTUG will close at 4.30, when we'll head across The Barre at Arts Centre Melbourne for a drink - the perfect opportunity to catch up with your peers and welcome newcomers to the MTUG community. If you can't make the meeting, feel free to join us there after work!
