Hi Courtney.

We use Shoretel a product we got through Telstra.

We use this throughout the organisation and as a switchboard.

It had no integration with Tessitura we did that ourselves.

It seems to work well from an organisations point of view with a not pretty but fairly easy to use desktop app which has contacts, call history, predictive dialling, messages, manages responses according to current status..i.e. out of office, in meeting, on extended leave messages.

It has a call centre display, Call centre ques , a small suite of slightly frustrating reports, and can manage email distribution in the call centre, and has some telemarketing functions like call from List, and call back queuing.

Hi, 

We're looking at updating the call centre software we use in the box office and stage door and so I was wondering if anyone would be willing to let us know what software you are using and what you consider the pro's and con's of that software to be?

We currently use a very outdated version of software from Zeacom.
