Anybody else in Atlanta automating Acknowledgement letters?

The Symphony is looking to move towards automation of all of our acknowledgement letters (to email) for gifts of $250 and under.  When we get closer to $250, there are benefits (vouchers, etc.) that become involved.  Anyone else managing email acknowledgments and electronic benefits currently?
