Hey All!
For training we have people watch the webinars, have them shadow us, shadow them for a bit, and then set them loose. (Very formal, I know.) Does anyone have a formal test that they give their associates before unleashing them on the world? Or do you just have them watch and play and side-coach until you feel comfortable?
