In this final of three analytics sessions, we will introduce a new Interactions cube designed to capture non-transactional interactions. This cube pairs behavioral data with transactional data, allowing for greater insight into how constituents engage with your organization. You’ll learn about the new cube’s data structure, and we’ll explore pre-built dashboards that use the Interactions perspective.
