See you at TLCC, and bonus video link

Hello hello hello!

I just got back from an extra long vacation to Europe, and it was restful but truthfully, a little *too* long.  Plus, air travel is not for the faint of heart these days.  I am glad to be home.  Now my thoughts are turning to TLCC and I am delighted that soon I will see many of you in person!  Our group has been assigned to the room Red Rock 4 and there are five sessions.  Three are during breakfast, and the other two are just after lunch.  I plan to be there as often as I can, definitely for the first two sessions, and since Lauren is out on maternity leave, I would be grateful for a couple of volunteers who can make it to the other sessions in case I cannot.  If you are available, would you please email me at sheleheda@trustarts.org?

Also, I just watched this video from Women Who Code, about developing Emotional Intelligence Teams in Tech:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W886Dh0o8JA.  I found myself nodding along to Natalya Shelburne's presentation, although some of the most valuable commentary came at the end during the Q & A.  It reminded me a lot about some of the discussions we've had during our lean coffee sessions.  It's about 45 minutes long and I would love to hear your thoughts.

Finally, I look forward to resuming our Lean Coffees in September, on the first Tuesday at noon, Eastern.  Be on the lookout for the invite!  We will no longer use Go To Meeting, but a new Zoom link.

Thanks,

Nancy
