Hello Everyone!
I volunteered to chair the Tessitura POC community group to facilitate meaningful conversations essential to the members of this group. People of Color include ALL racial AND ethnic identities, and we encounter different experiences in our daily work life. I would like us to gather virtually and brainstorm ideas on envisioning this group as a safe space for POCs, otherwise known as People of the Majority.
I should have the Doodle poll for everyone to select dates in the next few days, but it would be great to hear from you all here. Please share what type of engagement you are interested in and a week in February that is best for your schedule to hold a virtual meeting.
