The Pipeline: WOCA Career + Job Board Platform

In June of 2021, Women of Color in the Arts (WOCA) launched The Pipeline, a members-only resource that connects WOCA members with prospective career opportunities across our vast network. An immediate success, The Pipeline aims to support one of our core values - the belief that more women of color in decision-making roles only strengthens the field, and the world. We, again, invite all WOCA community members, supporters, and accomplices to contribute to this resource platform and invest in the development of WOCA and women of color.

Do you have an opportunity you believe would be a good fit for WOCA members?

WOCA members work with and lead all types of cultural institutions and arts organizations including, but not limited to, performing arts centers, universities, festivals, foundations, museums, artist management firms, community centers, and state, local, and national arts agencies. And our membership comprises arts leaders working as curators, consultants, producers, grantmakers, fundraisers, marketers, and educators, among many, many other roles.

The nominal processing fee for postings ($40 for WOCA members/$80 for non-members) allows WOCA to build from the inside out - creating an opportunity to activate and utilize collective resources, develop a pipeline for our self-sustainability, and forge a pathway for a robust solidarity economy

Each Monday, WOCA distributes a weekly listing exclusive to our membership culled from the opportunities submitted via our Submittable platform. And in an effort to help push our field towards more equitable practices, you should know that each opportunity is carefully vetted for salary transparency and other indicators which point towards organizations striving to create more equitable working environments.

Invest in women of color. Invest in our field. Invest in WOCA.
