Hello Tessitura POC members!
Tessitura Network is forming a Community DEAI Task Force to work with our internal DEAI Committee because we value community voices and perspectives in all facets of our work.
In a few weeks, we will be holding a roadmap session with community members where we will gather input on how we propose to form this task force and how it will operate. We will also spend time collaboratively developing ideas for projects and initiatives this task force will help inform. Therefore, attendees of these sessions will help set the direction of this task force for years to come.
With this important goal in mind, we seek to increase the diversity of voices at our roadmap session and are reaching out to the Tessitura POC affinity group to explicitly invite Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and other persons of color to participate. Representation is very important for us to understand the needs for the community we are striving to serve.
The roadmap sessions are scheduled for the following dates and times. You will only need to participate in one of the following sessions:- Monday, November 9 at 4-5pm Pacific- Tuesday, November 10 at 10:30-11:30am Eastern
