The application period for Tessitura’s 2023 Community DEAI Advisory Committee is open! This advisory committee plays a valuable role in DEAI content creation for Tessitura events, participates in Tessitura affinity groups, monitors and responds to posts in the DEAI forum, and serves as a channel for feedback and communication between Tessitura and the community.

For 2023, 4 new members will be seated on the committee and join 4 current members from the 2022 advisory committee.

Committee members serve a two-year term and are expected to:

Attend four quarterly two-hour meetings per year
Respond to group emails
Participate in DEAI content curation and/or creation meetings, as needed
Participate in Tessitura affinity groups, as a co-chair of a group or active participant
Monitor the DEAI Forum and respond to forum posts
Agree to and follow our code of conduct

Compensation for time and emotional labor will be US$500 per year, paid bi-annually. To learn more about the advisory committee’s aims and structure, please review the charter.
