Hello everyone!! Happy Monday! Taking the lead on what our "Media Room" topic could be for next month's discussion! Feel free to recommend any books, plays, tv shows, movies, etc. in this thread by Wednesday. Thursday, Stephanie, John, and I will announce the media chosen for our November meeting!! (for example, recommendations could be... the graphic novel "Fun Home" was based on "Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic", "Boys in the Band" (play or movie ;)), "Pride" (movie), etc.)

In case you haven't seen it, I highly recommend the movie Portrait of a Lady on Fire, from 2019. It's directed by a *** woman: "set in France in the late 18th century, the film tells the story of a forbidden affair between an aristocrat and a painter commissioned to paint her portrait."I won't say anything more, but I can't get this movie out of my head!
