Hey peeps,
Over the holidays this summer I'm determined to flesh out a Mental Health Strategy for my teams.
Personally I would like to address:
the wonderful Eric Oliphant put me in touch with the Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being — Current Priorities of the U.S. Surgeon General. This has been doing the rounds lately on LinkedIn as a good start. The guide is clear and easy to read (big tick). It also contains Reflection Questions (like Disability Inclusion in the Workplace: Why It Matters) which are a good way to start thinking about areas you need to work on.
In addition to that Arts Wellbeing Collective Work Well Guide has come out and is fantastic guide to assist you at every stage of your journey from scoping, through planning, to implementation.
Do you have a comprehensive Mental Health plan at work. What would you like to see more of in there and what are you proud of?
Have a safe Holiday if you are doing that, and have a restful weekend otherwise
