What is the CMX Industry? CMX is a leading professional community for community managers all over the globe, with the core mission to advance the community industry and help professional community builders thrive.
Why is this nomination a big deal? We are excited to be nominated for an industry award and for our beloved Tessitura Community Group program to be recognized as a leading program worldwide. It is a privilege to share the spotlight with community giants like Microsoft, Spotify, Women in CX, and so many others.
Why should the Tessitura Community win Best User Group Community? The Tessitura community is a thriving and collaborative home for Tessitura arts and culture professionals to grow, be inspired, and give back, and includes 80 different regional, topical, and affinity groups. Our Tessitura Community Groups are led by 120 passionate volunteers from the community who generously give their time to support their peers and strengthen innovation in arts and culture industry. In 2022, our community groups have held nearly 180 events, bringing together industry professionals to discuss current trends, learn best practices for using and advancing the Tessitura technology, and grow their careers in the arts and culture sector.
