Catching up at TLCC 2022

Hi folks,

TLCC is just around the corner1 and Shelly and Heath will both be there for all the fun and games2

The Neurodiversity and Mental Wellness affinity group have an assigned private room that will be available 24/7 as our dedicated space. All rooms will have round tables and chairs, snacks and yoga mats for stretching & self-care and is a great place to relax, regenerate and escape when you need it.  Drop on over at Red Rock 1 (Level 3).

There are 5 meet up opportunities for our group during the week.  Feel free to drop in at any time.

  • Monday, August 15 breakfast:  7:30-8:30am
  • Monday, August 15:  1-2pm
  • Tuesday, August 16 breakfast:  8:30-9:45am
  • Tuesday, August 16:  1-2pm
  • Wednesday, August 17 breakfast:  7:30-8:30am

  2. Meditation app of choice. Some great free apps are Smiling Mind, UCLA Mindful, and Insight Timer
