FAQ How do I see who has registered for my event?

As a Community Chair, you can view and export the registration list for any event you manage directly from the event page.


How to access your attendee list

  1. Navigate to the event listing in your community group.
  2. Click theManage Registrations button in the right side nav.
  3. You will see a full list of registrants and their current status — confirmed, declined, or expired.
  4. Use the filters to sort and view by specific attendees or status.

Exporting your attendee list

From the Manage Registrations screen you can also export the list if you need it outside the platform — for example, to use at a check-in desk for an in-person event.
