Is anyone using Tessitura for Camp registrations?
Not well :) We just have them as events on the first day and use follow-up survey monkeys to gather the info. Price type is usually the grade level.
I believe the Nelson-Atkins does - I know we use it for classes. I don't know if our ticketing or IT people are on this group but happy to connect you to them if they are not.
We use it for our summer camps. We have a customization that lets them add children to the camp and also prompts a custom form in TNEW. It works pretty well for the amount of camps we usually off (about 10 a summer).
We do. We have them set up as a performance (one for the whole week). But we have people complete a google form first to make sure the kid qualifies and then we send them the TNEW link to pay. (The TNEW link isn't posted on TNEW or our website).
We here at the Dallas Zoo use it for Camps. We have week-long Camps set up in one Perf for the total week's price on the Monday of the camp. Prior to this, I worked at the Perot Museum, where they also sell Camps in Tess. They actually use a Package for the week that sells all five days on each day but they display it as the aggregate cost to the guest for the week.
At both the zoo and the Perot, we have a TNEW Pre-Cart "Camp Customization" that asks the questions about age/shirt size/vaccinations/etc and that info goes on to a Custom Screen on the Constituent Record. The Perot's was a bit more streamlined than the zoo, but for the most part ours works as intended. Jennifer Miller from the Perot Museum usually monitors this Group and may have more to add. I am happy to answer any questions about our process.
Hi! At Georgia Aquarium, we sell Camps through Tessitura. We use a performance that occurs on each Monday or start date of the respective camp and we use a custom roster functionality to ask the required questions needed. We have run into a challenge with scanning the tickets for attendance since the performance occurs on day 1 and we'd like to mark 5 days of attendance.
Could I get a (blurred out) screenshot of the custom screen when you have a chance?
Hi! Do you mean the table or the screen as it renders on web?
This is my daughter's record:
We use Tessitura with camps and classes. But we start with After Digital and that is where most of the online stuff happens before working back into TNEW and Tessitura. It involved a number of customizations like collecting info on who is picking up the child, allergies, photo release, etc. We also sell tshirts during the summer camp registration.
