On arrival you'll collect a voucher for £4 to be spent at the National Theatre's on-site cafe on tea/coffee or snacks (please note that there isn't catering in the room itself). 10.40am we'll start with welcomes, then we'll go into introductions. Please come prepared to introduce yourself, your role and org, and briefly tell us something you're working on. Please also say a few words about what you'd like out of the Development and Fundraising Community Group in future. We'll then move into the first of 2 45-minute discussion-slots, with a choice of: Planned Giving/Legacies or Restructure of campaigns/funds for Reporting and Analytics. We'll take a networking break (where you can also spend your cafe vouchers) then move into the last discussion slot, with a choice of: Plans and how they’re being used, including pipeline management or Open Topic (for attendees to bring whatever you'd like to the discussion on the day).
