Our June meeting will be another interesting Peer to Peer presentation style meeting and this one is all about Customisations! We all love the fact that you can take Tessitura to so many new and exciting places and make it do lots of weird and wonderful things-- we want to hear from our community about your favourite customisations that you've managed to pull off and why you love them.
Bonus points if the customisation is something that could be useful for others to consider using at their organisation. Just a reminder that it doesn't have to be something huge for it to be something impactful, so if you've got something you love, why not volunteer to speak at this meeting? Even if it's just one custom report that does the work of three others, we'd be happy to have you share why it works for you with the group. We are looking for volunteers who could speak for 5-10 minutes about something custom their org has done that has really helped your museum and attraction so far. Jon and I will each be speaking for a few minutes about our favourite customisations at Tate and RCT respectively, and we'll confirm other speakers closer to the time.
If you are willing to present please do comment below, and Jon and I will be delighted to discuss further.
For helpful context, please read this newly published webpage detailing Tessitura's approach and philosophy on customisations before attending.
As always, we will be giving a prize away randomly to the participants, so if the topic alone wasn't enticing enough, perhaps this will tempt you to log on for a chance to win some swag!
The keeners amongst you will note that this meeting is for June and not May! We are sorry to say that the busy nature of the last month plus the extra bank holiday has got the better of us so we have decided it best to give everyone more time to plan to attend by pushing our meet up back by one month. We will miss you dearly but hope you will enjoy interacting on the Forum in the meant time! At the June meeting we'll talk for a few minutes about meeting frequency and try to get a sense for what works best for everyone.
See you then!
Jenna and Jon

Morning, I'd be happy to talk about a custom report we have with the pithy name, 'Bulk Remove Contributions from Controlled Batch'. It's pretty straightforward but is a big time saver in processing bounced Direct Debit payments. Let me know if you need more info etc.
Hello all! Do let us know if anyone is interested or willing to speak at this event! We'd love to hear from some organisations we haven't yet had present, so no matter how small the piece of work you have done is, if it saves you and your organisation a lot of time, or it enhances your visitors' experience, why not think about sharing it with the group? Please don't hesitate to reach out
