&lt;p&gt;We are in the process of setting up and testing the My Tickets feature on TNMP and I have run into a couple of issues and wanted to see if we set up something wrong, or if the app does not support the following scenarios:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If I sell the &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;same&lt;/span&gt; performance using two line-items &lt;em&gt;or&lt;/em&gt; two orders, it will not render a barcode. Instead it gives me the error: Unable to load &amp;ldquo;OK&amp;rdquo;. This happens regardless of whether I use the same price type or different price types.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If I return two seats, and pull two seats in a different line-item at the same price type, it renders a barcode. However, if I return two seats and sell three seats in a different line-item at the same price type, it gives me the same error.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We have an event that we do not want displayed in My Tickets. Is there a way to mask events without removing them from the History?&lt;/li&gt;

On LTR_TNEW_FORM_CONTROLS, I have adjusted the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;AccountPageNamesAccess value to show. However, our mobile app is not listening to this change. I am still able to change the name on my personal account. This is more than 30 minutes after the update to the system table.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Am I missing a step? Help documentation does not say I need to do anything else other than change that value. Any guidance would be awesome.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

However, when you touch the token link, the redirect takes you to 5thavenue.instantencore.com but it&amp;#39;s just a blank white screen. It appears this only happens on iPhone. I could not find any documentation in help regarding password reset via TNMP so any help you can provide on how we would fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

But we are getting stuck with printing tickets. &lt;span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;color:windowtext;mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin;"&gt;After the customer buys their ticket(s) if the ticket(s) are viewed in the &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;My Account folder&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; the tickets are flagged as printed. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;When the customer wants these tickets mailed , or held at will call , there is no way for us to discern between tickets that were already printed in the office or tickets &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;flagged as printed because they were viewed. &lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Resulting in complaints, when tickets don&amp;#39;t arrive in the mail and extra time at the will call desk to re-print tickets. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#39;m probably way over-thinking this but, is it really as simple as using an existing ticket design element number in Tessitura and then the bar code element ID? My brain wants to say it&amp;#39;s not that easy but it would be awesome if it really was. Is anyone using the My Ticket Feature yet? How are your scanners reading the bar code in the app? We have found that the PDF of PAH tickets is not easy for our N-SCAN readers to see on a patron&amp;#39;s phone.&lt;/p&gt;
