In order to offer accessible seating for performances in a GA facility, we recommend creating a price zone on the price map labeled "Accessible General Admission" or similar, with the price set to the same as the main GA seats. I appreciate this probably isn't the response you were hoping for. A request for this functionality to be reviewed for possible inclusion in future application releases has been raised with our developers, but in the meantime, unticking that GA box would be the best way around this issue. In the meantime I've been using a custom procedure that automatically disables a price zone when it sells over a certain amount - although we forgot to test that one during our v16 upgrade (d'oh) and so now it's back with consulting to update. This procedure isn't fail safe though as it doesn't kick in immediately, meaning if you are below the threshold, you can make an order with any amount of tickets, it's only once the threshold is reached or exceeded that no further orders can be made. All to say a better solution would be great still if anyone else has anything to add! I'm trying to work out the best way to manage having a limited number of wheelchair spaces in a GA facility, sold via TNEW. We need to cap the number of wheelchairs in the space, but would like these to be purchased online. So far we have: Created a separate zone for accessible bookings, alternating Wheelchair and Companion seat types. When testing and adding x2 Wheelchair price types to my cart however, this still ticketed over the top of a Companion seat type (not helpful when using seat types to cap the number of Wheelchair spaces) We also tested displaying the Wheelchair Accessible Option on performances, however this did not correlate with the seat types as above. Has anyone else had any luck with limiting the number of wheelchair price types sold when selling via TNEW? I found this thread which was incredibly similar to this, however there wasn’t a resolution here: https://community.tessitura.com/topical_groups/tn_express_web_user_group/f/tn_express_web_user_group-forum/32744/limited-number-of-wheelchair-spaces-in-a-general-admission-facility---tnew Thank you so so much!

Forum Post: Checkout Survey only on specific products/sources/MOS

I think the answer is no... but I'd like to add a checkout survey only for people who purchase via a specific Contrib2 page. Especially since v7 of TNEW came in. Our instance is here: https://my.victorianopera.com.au/events . It has saved us large amounts of money and time compared to the custom template. And it's very easy to deal with. While the custom look is somewhat limited (as outlined by Janet), the functionality and ease of use for our organisation's level of resources has been completely worth it. We've been able to get it to look "close enough" to our main website and are happy with the trade off. The set up is pretty easy and the team are helpful. Cheers, Nichole

Forum Post: RE: Seat Limit Reached message editable?

Hello Steve! We needed to updated to TNEW v7 at the time, but were also planning a website redesign. I dont remember any major issues at the time. We used brand colors and logos, but the header and footer didnt match our main site. So it was obvious anytime a patron clicked through to TNEW, but I dont think we had any complaints or concerns from patrons. If you dont find any live sites using the QuickStart template, I'd be happy to turn it on on our TNEW site for you for a few hours so you can click look. It doesnt match our current branding as this was before our re-design, but would give you an idea of how it all looks. Feel free to email me directly if interested and we can find a good time. -Destiny

Forum Post: TNEW Quick Start

Hello We are just starting the process of implementing TNEW and under some tight deadlines. I'm running into an issue with old performance links in Google and unsure how to handle it. At the beginning of the season, we initially sell tickets into a dummy house for our black box space. Once we know the seating configuration, we will build a new production season and performances. Everyone is moved out of the dummy house and into the new one. The dummy house is available for sale online until we know the final seating layout and then taken off sale once we are finished using it. The issue we are running into is that Google keeps picking up old performance links in organic searches. When the issue started, it was happening at the production season level, and I could adjust the new house with a customized slug because I had used a customized slug for the dummy house. Now Google is picking up on the old individual performance links. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, what did you do to solve it?

Forum Post: RE: Searching change logs for TNEW Admin Panel

It's a great opportunity to share and vote on the ideas - community.tessituranetwork.com/.../expanding-tnew-admin-tool-security-and-security-configuration

Forum Post: RE: Searching change logs for TNEW Admin Panel

As Anne mentioned, nope, to my knowledge there is no audit trail for TNEW admin, and anything you wanted to trace back would have to be done the hard way if it's possible at all.
