They said it should be back up next week. Usually it's behind the RMA User Login section of the current webpage. They had a definitions page/section that wasn't specifically for the cube, but it covered most of the questions I had about the calculated metrics they use. I experimented with the RMA cube because it had ticket and revenue capacity metrics pre-configured. It's the same data that the main RMA application uses and includes the same calculated metrics they include in their reports. Theoretically you should be able to remake their non-interactive reports in Analytics using the cube data (they include a few). The grain goes down to the daily level and up to fiscal year or season, based on sale or performance date only. Seats and tickets only. No budget data either. Hope that helps. Freeman

The minimum requirements for RMA are the same as for T-Stats. If your current T-Stats server (and workstations using T-Stats) meet the minimum specs for T-Stats for an organization of your size, they should be adequate for RMA. RMA adds additional components to the existing T-Stats data warehouse to support the RMA. The RMA data loads as part of the nightly T-Stats load job, and thus adds some time to the duration of that run. However, that time is usually comparatively small to the overall duration of the T-Stats load, but of course varies based on the actual data and server involved. The Software and Hardware Requirements are included in the T-Stats Installation Guide in Chapter 2.1: Software and Hardware Requirements . RMA is currently compatible with both T-Stats v4.5 and Tessitura v12.5.1.

Wiki: Revenue Management Application / Pricing

Wiki Page: Revenue Management Application / Pricing

Forum Post: Site Maintenance October 9-10

Advance Notice: On October 9 and 10, we will be conducting significant upgrades to TessituraNetwork.com . Log in to the user area on RevenueManagementApplication.com and read What’s New in RMA v5 to learn more about this latest version of the Revenue Management Application. A separate e-mail that includes your organization’s download link is being sent to all RMA support contacts. If no one at your organization receives the download link, or if you are not sure who your organization’s support contacts are, you can contact JCA Support via e-mail at RMA@jcainc.com to request more information. Completely new functionality includes: · Write pricing changes straight from RMA into Tessitura. Like experimenting with price changes in the In-Season Model? With 5.0 you can send the new prices back into Tessitura! This will save you set-up time – especially as you’ll now also be able to use the Model across performances with different current pricing. · New dashboard elements: New options show how subs and singles are performing against your forecasts, or how sales fluctuated over the last twenty-one days. · There’s also a new Configurable Alert , where you can set your own combinations of conditions to have the report display any message of your choice against performances. Huge flexibility in one small widget. · Weekly Wrap Report : In response to requests from CEOs and HODs, this highly adaptable report shows you sales and income taken per calendar week. With options for including forecasts, showing tickets, income or both, and a choice of formats, this is 240 reports in one! · More New Reports : There are new Zone Reports to show dynamic pricing and how much income it generates: Sales per Price Change by Zone and Dynamic Pricing Impact per Zone. Plus Income with Cost of Discount per Zone, to quickly show you how much of the value of each zone is lost to discounting. Regular users of the Forecasting Module have asked for a quicker way to see “What are all the things I’ve made trajectories for?” There’s a report for that too. We believe RMA v5 is a simple upgrade, compatible with and requiring Tessitura v12.5.1+ and T-Stats v4.5. Complete upgrade instructions are included in the download. However, JCA is available to support you through the process, or will perform the upgrade upon request at no additional charge. This service will be scheduled based on availability. Please contact JCA for details or support at RMA@jcainc.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. Essentially, I am trying to get a 4 P's marketing approach to monitoring the sales cycle, in-season and for post-season reviews: Product: t ype of performance, price reserve inventory Price: ticket price/dynamic pricing implementation Place: Sales channel/consignments Promotion: other marketing tools, e-news blasts, website push etc... When price reserve availability cannot be charted alongside ticket sales and price history, there is a tendency to attribute all changes in demand to things that can be measured: price changes, and proximity to performance.
