She shared that she has been doing research about the donors and pasting the information into the Research Notes tab. Some other suggestions included keeping track of their university affiliation so you don't send any references to the rival school, adding attributes for discrete bits of information you wanted to find out about lots of people because that is more easily searchable than notes, and adding Interests if you happen to learn what sort of shows the donor loves to watch. All of us want to do a customization to hold Passport viewing data, but we haven't gotten started with it yet. Currently viewing data is being analyzed outside of Tessitura in spreadsheets and third party tools.
